As the founder of Cook Workforce Strategies (CWS), I partner with small to mid-sized businesses—particularly medical and dental practices—bringing real partnership, expertise, and heart into every client relationship.
I hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University. Over the years, I’ve helped organizations at every stage stay compliant, strengthen their operations, and build workplaces where employees are proud to work.
What drives me is simple: I want business owners to see HR not as a burden, but as a powerful tool for growth. My mission is to take the stress out of compliance and workforce management so leaders can focus on what they do best running and growing their businesses.
I’m passionate about helping small businesses create cultures rooted in trust, integrity, and employee engagement. My clients know they can count on me for honest guidance, practical solutions, and genuine support. I believe in building lasting relationships where my clients feel heard, respected, and confident that their best interests are always my top priority.
Outside of work, I proudly serve as a board member of Her Pink Promise, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting breast cancer survivors after remission. Most importantly, I am married to my high school sweetheart, Lawrence, and together we are the proud parents of two amazing sons, Jordan and Tate.
